In dieser Zeit war immer das jagen von Tieren am wichtigsten. Um immer Reserven zu haben und für fleischlose Zeiten wurde eßbares Gemüse und Wurzeln gesucht. Diese beiden Hauptnahrungsquellen lassen uns sehr gut funktionieren und schützen uns vor einem zu hohen Fettaufbaues des Körpers. Im Gegenteil mit dieser Ernährung kann man ohne viel acht auf die Mengen, die man isst, zu geben sehr gut eine gesunde Körperform zurück erlangen! Wie sprechen hier von einem Körperfettgehalt von 10 bis 20 % ! Kohlenhydrate gab es nur sehr selten. Meist Saisonal in Form von Obst. Jedoch waren zum Beispiel Äpfel oder Birnen damals bei weitem nicht so süß und zuckerhaltig wie heute!
